We have all had that dream of making it big one day and having endless amounts of money and living life like a celebrity. From the fancy cars, designer clothes, and million-dollar mansions, most dream of a life like our favorite A-listers. I am sure that every girl has dreamed of having an engagement ring like the few lucky ones in Hollywood. That is why we created a list of 10 celebrity engagement rings and an affordable version that gives you the same style and flair at a fraction of the price. These celebrities may have paid top dollar, but you can get the same style for an affordable price that will not break the bank.

I feel that it is very important to explain the main reason why some of the celebrity engagement rings cost so much. This is of course due to the stone that they chose. In most cases, the celebrities who are spending over $100,000 are spending the majority of the cost on the stone itself. There is an alternative to natural diamonds called lab-grown which allows for you to get a larger stone (more carats) for a fraction of the price. However, there are many disadvantages to lab-grown over natural (read our post on lab-grown vs natural diamonds to learn more before you make a decision). For that reason, our list will provide you with the alternative settings that will allow you to have a ring that resembles these celebrities and show that you do not need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to look like a celebrity.

The Game of Thrones star was proposed to by boyfriend and pop star Joe Jonas in 2017 with a stunning pear cut diamond ring.
