Bellman’s In-Store Return Policy:

Bellman’s is happy to accept items for a full refund within 15 days from date of purchase. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt and merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition. Any special order or custom items are not refundable.

In Store Consignment and Estate Jewelry Return Policy:

Items returned within 10 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Items return within 30 days will receive a store credit. All sales are final after 30 days. We will not exchange or refund any purchased items which have been worn, altered or damaged.

Consignment and Estate Jewelry Warranty:

All Estate and Consignment jewelry pieces are sold “as-is “no warranty. Bellman Jewelers, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any repairs. Future repairs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Consignment and Estate Jewelry Return Layaway:

Initial down payments for layaway will not be refunded after 30 days. Final payment is due 90 days from the date of the initial down payment.
