We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team! Bellman Jewelers Sales Consultants work in-store to help our customers learn about our beautiful jewelry, from simple gold pieces to stunning custom engagement rings.
Responsibilities:
Understand customer's needs and educate them on our products via in-person, phone, zoom, etc.
Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships
Place special orders with vendors and develop vendor relationships
Track special orders and abide by customer deadlines
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Answer incoming calls
Change watch batteries in store (when able)
Take in, follow, and return customer repairs
Collect payment from customers
Qualifications:
Passion for jewelry
Previous experience in sales, customer service, and/or other related fields
Great communication skills, organizational skills, and follow through
Great work ethic with hands on approach
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our computer programs
Familiarity with Microsoft office & Gmail
Reliability and dependability
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
