Wow, what a difference a year makes! The challenges of the last two years have clearly made us even stronger; as our engagement and repair and appraisal business have continued to grow.

We've even changed our tagline to "It's a Matter of Trust" – underlining the real reason for our success. We did this because so many retail jewelers seem more interested in selling insurance plans, warranty programs and 0% credit accounts, making the jewelry an afterthought.

To me it's all about the jewelry, the quality of the gemstones and the craftsmanship of each item.
